The event and ticket

Matthew Farmer offers Codex Video Workshop: October 6–7, 2026, 10:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. PDT (1:00 p.m.–3:30 p.m. EDT) each day in America/Vancouver, live on Google Meet. One $97 USD ticket covers one attendee and both sessions. This is a one-time purchase, charged in full at checkout through PayPal or an eligible card. There are no instalments or automatic renewals.

Ticket: $97 USD. Additional charges from us: $0. Any required tax is included in the ticket price; total charged by us: $97 USD. No shipping applies. Optional software subscriptions and usage are separate purchases from their providers. Your card issuer or PayPal may apply its own currency conversion terms.

Delivery and access

Includes both live sessions, the video skill kit, a resource guide, and 12 months of recordings. We deliver sign-in instructions to the attendee email entered at checkout. The attendee hub at codex.mattfarmer.ai/hub provides the two private Google Meet links, preparation, downloads, and reviewed recordings. The live sessions take place on October 6 and 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PDT each day. The complete video skill kit and PDF resource guide are released by the end of day one. Replays are targeted within 24 hours of each session after review, with access through October 7, 2027.

Refund requests

Full refund requests are accepted before the first session begins onOctober 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PDT (October 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. EDT). Email aimattfarmer@gmail.com from your attendee email with your order reference. Refunds are processed through PayPal. Access associated with a refunded or reversed payment is withdrawn.

Registration closes when all 98 paid seats are allocated or onOctober 6, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. PDT (October 6, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. EDT). Existing attendee access continues after sales close.

What the workshop teaches

This is group training with demonstrations, independent practice, and advance and live Q&A within the two sessions. Everyone can ask questions. Individual reviews, a completed custom workflow for every attendee, ongoing coaching, and lifetime skill updates are not included. Day two may continue with extra Q&A; the scheduled commitment ends at the published session end time.

Codex should be installed before attending. Demonstrations use Windows and Premiere. Mac adaptation notes are included; exact setup and computer-use availability can differ. Claude, Dreamina, and Submagic are optional. Results require checking and human judgment.

Materials license

You may adapt the included skills and guide for your own projects and paid client video work. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the kit as training. This license continues for downloaded materials after replay access ends. Your ticket does not grant access to unrelated private skills or projects.

Access and recordings

Use your own attendee email and keep sign-in and meeting links private. Both sessions will be recorded for the attendee hub. Ask questions without disclosing confidential client information. You may leave your camera off. Unlisted YouTube videos can be forwarded; this access model is not DRM or protected streaming.
