We use the information needed to register you, verify payment, provide access, answer questions, and operate this event. Buying a ticket does not subscribe you to a general marketing list.

Registration and payment

We collect your attendee name and email, your acceptance of the event terms, and records connecting your ticket to PayPal order, payment, and refund identifiers. The attendee email can differ from the PayPal payer identity. PayPal handles payment details; the workshop does not store card numbers or request a shipping address.

Email sign-in and event messages

Resend delivers transactional registration, sign-in, session reminder, material/replay, refund, and support messages. We retain delivery records for retry and troubleshooting. Sign-in links expire and are single use. A separate essential attendee session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. It is separate from administrator access.

Questions and live sessions

Your private question submissions and optional example links are available to Matt and the event helper. There is no public attendee forum. Links are not fetched automatically. Avoid including private client information, credentials, or sensitive personal material.

Google Meet provides the live sessions and recording. The sessions are recorded for attendees; names, voices, chat, or shared material may appear if you participate. Keep your camera off if you prefer. Reviewed replays are embedded from unlisted YouTube videos and are intended for attendees through October 7, 2027. YouTube receives connection information when you choose to load its player.

Analytics

The cookie choices on this subdomain govern optional analytics and marketing measurement. With marketing consent, the existing Matt Farmer AI Meta Pixel and other configured marketing tags may measure public workshop page visits for remarketing. Consent can also allow server-side conversion events for checkout starts, confirmed purchases and refunds. These events can include the workshop page, campaign source, ticket value and currency, a pseudonymous browser identifier, IP address and browser information. Attendee names, email addresses, private questions, meeting links and access tokens are excluded from marketing event payloads. Marketing tags do not load on private checkout or attendee pages. Buying a ticket does not add you to a marketing email list.

The public pages can also use consented analytics to understand visits and registration actions. You can reject or change optional choices in Cookie settings. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps marketing tracking off.

Storage, access, and questions

Registration, payment, access, questions, and delivery records are held in the website’s private database. Downloadable materials are kept in private persistent storage. Matt and the helper use registration information for event operations. Operational information is retained while needed to provide the event and resolve support; payment records may need to be retained for applicable business obligations.

PayPal, Resend, Google Meet and YouTube, and any analytics or marketing providers you consent to, may process information in other countries. Their processing can be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We limit access to workshop records and use them only for the purposes described here, subject to applicable retention and legal obligations.
